Gateway Park

I was thinking that some type of fountain and gathering area would be great at that location. I think the City of Montreal has some excellent examples and is another city divided by River - as is Kansas City, Mo (the city of fountains) - I really like the stairwell water feature at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts (http://tinyurl.com/ycnn3nrg).  Given that the Mill district was built around hydropower - I think something that recognizes the influence of that on the City would be a great Gateway feature.

Bus rapid transit for Greater Manchester

A bus rapid transit (BRT) or light rail system running down Canal Street to connect downtown Manchester, SNHU, the Airport, and southern suburbs, could be one driver of development and connections in the Millyard: https://drive.google.com/open?id=10bfe-D-VsSFFEMEGFdFWvDWZK4U&usp=sharing
